Fruit Cobbler
One of my favorite Spring dishes, or really anytime dish, is a delicious fruit cobbler.
I think that fruity dishes are just perfect for Spring and today I’m sharing a simple take on this fruity dessert.
(1) box of yellow cake mix
(1) can of any flavor pie filling (I chose blueberry)
(12 oz) of lemon-lime soda
 9 x 13 baking dish
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease it very well. I used a stick of butter and rubbed it around all the sides of my dish.
Next, pour your pie filling into the dish, spreading it around evenly.
Sprinkle the yellow cake mix over the pie filling. I used a spatula to make sure my cake mix covered all the pie filling evenly.
Finally, measure out 12 oz of lemon-lime soda. Pour the soda over your cake mix.
Place your dish in your preheated oven and bake for 45 min, or until the top is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly, but not too much. Cobblers are best served hot, and with ice cream!
I took this dish to my church small group the other night and I got so many compliments. Quick, easy, and delicious.
