Easy Chicken Alfredo {Foodie Friday}

It is back to school time!! This does not change much around our house since our little guy goes to “school” year round right now. I thought I would share a quick easy recipe we have all the time! My husband is not a big fan of spaghetti so this is our version.

2 jars of alfredo
1 box of penne noodles
1 rotisserie chicken
1 can of rotel
2 cups of shredded parmesan cheese

1. Pull apart chicken
2. Cook noodles
3. Mix all ingredients except shredded Parmesan and cook on stove until warm
4. Top with shredded Parmesan cheese

I usually cook the frozen cheese bread to go along with this. It is great leftover and frozen! I hope this can be a hit in your home too! It’s quick, easy, cheap, and delicious!

I make pastas like this all the time. Pasta and Alfredo sauce is probably my favorite combo! My beau and I love it. 🙂
