Looking for an easy, tasty treat to bring to holiday parties??  I have the perfect recipe for you!  These bite sized cream puffs are so simple and tasty that your guests will love them.  You can stack them, display them in the shape of a tree or fill a bowl with them.  They are always a big hit and who doesn’t love a bite sized dessert??

1/2 cup butter
1 cup water
1 cup flour
4 eggs
1 box of instant vanilla or chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
confectioner’s sugar
handful of chocolate chips to melt and drizzle

Make pudding according to the directions on the box and refrigerate.  Bring water and butter to a boil.  Quickly stir in flour.  Take off heat and add eggs one at a time.  Stir really well to incorporate the eggs into the mixture.  Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes.  I used my one inch cookie scoop to make bite sized cream puffs.  Bake and let cool.  Use an icing bag and tip to fill the cream puffs.  I love a lot of filling so I tend to over fill.
