Chicken Fajitas

Ladies, can you believe we are now in the Fall season?

I am so excited about the Fall season that I wore a scarf to church on Sunday.

And it turned out to be 89 degree weather.

But I just couldn’t stand it. I had to do it.

This chicken fajita recipe is not only football worthy, but Fall worthy.

It’s a one dish wonder.

Ingredients:
5-chicken strips (cut in half length wise)
(1) can of rotel (drained), side note: I pureed mine because I don’t like tomato chunks
half of a green and red bell pepper
slices of onion
whole wheat tortillas

Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together, pour in a baking dish, pop in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Warm your tortillas, throw in your chicken and pepper, top with cheese, sour cream and guacamole if your heart desires. You can add as many or little peppers as you wish!
