As the weather cools down in the south, my feet retreat into Toms, and boots. So I like to indulge in at home pedicures in order to enjoy the cozy footwear. They are a great guilty pleasure after a long day at work. It is also a way to keep feet soft in the closest thing we have to dry weather. Lock your doors, turn on some good music, light a candle, open up some chocolate, and give my steps to an at home pedicure a try.
1. Remove your old nail polish while filling up a tub or basin with warm water. Add some epson salt to soften up your feet.
3. After I soaking your feet take a moment to trim and shape nails.
4. Pick a great fall color in the purple, brown, or burgundy family. Use a base and top coat to seal the color.
5. Use your favorite lotion to moisturize as a final step.
